Recently they did updates on your system without notifying me. And then when I called them numerous times and support line no one would answer the phone. Finally on Monday I got a hold of a lady that picked up the phone and told me she had no idea what was going on someone would call me back, then finally someone called it back later in the day to tell me they were updating your system. This violates the fiduciary laws of common practice and notifications of their consumers that they are updating their systems that should have sent emails to notify us once they correct this I will take the 1-star away and give them 5 Stars cuz they are a good company
